This time of year there are many “miracles” - the longest and shortest day of the year both happen at the same time on opposite sides of the earth, representing a perfect balance of yin and yang. There is the miracle of the oil and the miracle of the birth. There is the miracle of days starting to just get lighter instead of darker in the northern hemisphere. There is a miracle of a new year - to forget past trouble and create the reality we hope for. There is the miracle of many people all expressing wishes of peace.

Patronski wrote this beautiful song, Miracles, and I’ve been singing it for weeks. I changed the key and manipulated the chord changes and melody just a bit.
