I woke up this morning with this horrible porn groove in my head.
Normally I would grab it with both hands and drag it towards the studio by the short & curlies, but I’ve been working on a couple of other originals and it was messing with my head.
After she went to work I had to do something with it.

I’ve kept Beckfords “Why?” pella on the top shelf in my studio next to the bar for a while now, so I constructed the groove around that pell.
I know there’s a lot going on in this track with plenty of egos competing from each muso on the street corner, and the EQ is probably way to bassy with B’s ballsy delivery, but I’ve got to do this fast and get it out of my system!

Its song 27 placed into the CCM incubator for a possible 365 day gestation period before I give birth to something not quite human.

Sort of like Starsky & Hutch meets Ron Jeremy’s mother in the back of a broken down red and white Torino on a street corner in Queens. (with my mate Beckfords peering through the fogged up rear window - I’m out having a coffee down the road waiting for the cops to turn up)
