Histoire de la Bean

As a child I never really liked baked beans until the day I visited my mate Martin’s house. His Mum dished up some food and I had to ask what the red gooey stuff was on top of the bread. That’s Heinz’s best beans me dear his Mother told me and it was then that I discovered that my Mum was making a tin last a month by watering down the juice and eking out the beans!! So this is for the financial wizardry of my Mum and the culinary enlightenment of Martins.
This floating mix uses the lovely vocals of Barbarella but I have taken the liberty to alter the melody slightly and quantized the vox here and there. The additional out of tune vocals on the chorus are provided by Monsieur Fi Fi Lecoq, insecure transvestite out of Anaheim. Towards the end there’s a little guitar homage to Ena Sharples, Martha Longhurst and Minnie Caldwell who happened to be on Martins Telly while the beans were being devoured. One for all you Corrie fans!!
