this is a short song text based on a poem i wrote 200907141606, after watching the jim carrey movie 23 and while thinking of my wife. i’m not sure what to do with it, but i’m thinking this is probably a chorus. i’ll have to write some verses for it later. here’s the text:
i like having a part of me you don’t understand
but i still want you to love me though
i’m a mystery man
i like turning out the lights
and fading into the night
but i still wanna hold you close
if you still wanna stay tonight

i’ve uploaded a wav and flac file in addition to the preview mp3.

i’m not sure if the bpm is correct
how do you guys sing at a constant rate? i find it so hard to do… tips?
