Interesting language dialect

A women sitting behind me on a bench while I visited an Aquarium in Okinawa, Japan speaks in a language I did not recognize. Some music, birds, and children can be heard in the background. I suspect the dialect may have been Okinawa Hogen, but it still sounds different then other Okinawa Hogen dialects I have heard before. Very neat and unusual. Enjoy.
