Ocean Dreams Meditation
Thank you to SackJo22 and Whale Wizard for the inspiration!
Let SackJo22’s dreamy spoken word and crystal bowls, plus Whale Wizard’s hypnotizing whale song lull you to sleep… This meditation is tuned to 432 Hz to offer calm, peaceful relaxation. It includes binaural beats and monaural beats that travel from Delta 4 Hz to 0.5 Hz and have a carrier frequency of 432 Hz. Delta waves are associated with deep sleep, healing and access to the unconscious mind. ( Here’s a link to the binaural & monuaral beats samples.) The heartbeat is encoded with Delta 1 Hz binaural beats to expand the brainwave entrainment. The trickling water is encoded with Delta 1.2 Hz binaural beats to help clear any lingering resistance to sleep. (I borrowed those elements from a 1 hour meditation I recently shared on YouTube.) This meditation is designed to be used before bed to help your brain start producing Delta waves. It could also be used immediately upon waking up, if you would like to experiment with lucid dreaming and transcendental meditation. Headphones are required to experience the binaural beats. If you play it on speakers instead, you will still experience the monaural beats and healing frequencies. I’ve been into writing meditation music lately, so this was a very fun project. I hope you dig!
