When I wrote this I was feeling sorry for myself and my family, but then realized how lucky I am to have an incredible partner who helps me cope. To me, the lyrics are about the devastation we experience with my dad (who has frontal temporal dementia). But the lyrics are universal with the hope that they help others dealing with life’s great challenges. This one’s for the families and friends who support the patients and hopefully have a loving support system themselves.

My dear friend Jack Burgess created this arrangement with me. We have included every single stem that you hear in the preview. The stems are dry and the zip packs are labeled.
