I know, I said that my next track would be a straight-up remix. Well, long story short, it just wasn’t happening, so I made this instead.

Another of my Scrawly creations.

This is bassically sh!tbeat, loaded as a synth patch and played at various different speeds. Three separate takes were then mixed together, followed by an “outro.”

This track is in tribute to my absolute favorite (sadly now defunct) radio show. Brave New Waves, which ran on late nite radio and played all variety of underground and avant-garde material. Friday nights from 2:00am till 3:00am was the “official state radio disco hour” which was specifically devoted to the best in underground techno.

The 4-track mix is pretty much the same, but with the individual tracks in mono and panned around a bit, and a little more reverb.
