The Silence of France & Delma (Acapella)

This pella comes out of an idea I’ve been cooking up in my head for the next “Savvy & the Chic” album. The concept will be perfume commercial type-music [I know - ambitious lol] So! I actually produced a whole photo shoot of like images involving this troubled couple, France & Delma, for a cover and album art. With this pella I wanted to include a sensual, sumptuous, buddha-bar type-track that would serve as score for the images. Instead of mixing it myself, I wanted to give you guys the chance to explore the idea - see what awesomeness I’m sure some of you are able to produce. HELP MIXTERS! [hehe] Thanks in advance - Enjoy B-)
::Lyrics:: The Silence of France & Delma Written and performed by COFFEEEUROPE France: Famous French actor of good nature and bad habits. He is used to the spot light — and he likes it there. He loves his wife Delma who is his most precious novelty, or possession. Yet, France loves many other novelties… like the many other women he indulges in short affairs with. But above all… he loves, himself. Hurting the women in his life is not something he enjoys. Especially braking Delma’s heart a tiny piece at a time; each waking day. But perhaps the thing he dreads the most, is announcing to them, it will always be this way — his way. Delma: She used to be the darling girl in every man’s fantasies. A fashion model. The most beautiful, the most desirable, the most unattainable… until she met France. Then, she became his possession. Her inner happiness grew times larger by his side, during the first years of their wild and passionate affair. With France by her side life was pure joy and romance. They were the happiest couple on earth; even after the monumental marriage one year after they had met. She was so happy in fact, she retired from her modeling career to be the muse by his side as he climbed to fame. But one day, fame took her place next to France, and she became a mere shadow of his blinding light. He wasn’t there for her when she needed him to hold her. He wasn’t there at all most of the time. What’s worst, he was cheating on her, and she knew it… and she never said a word. Never-ever did she say a word from that moment on. That’s because she went mute. Her pain was so great and concealed inside, she became a block of ice; never spoke a word to France ever again. Delma was now a beautiful yet shattered porcelain doll that adorned France’s home… just as fragile… just as silent. Only her eyes spoke of her pain as France looked into them hoping for an absolution that would never come. He’d always be guilty in those eyes.
