This great little butcher shop down the way has great little Korean short ribs. My friend Jorge recorded these tracks after he and my son and I gorged ourselves on a massive overdose of these things. What a fun day.
Oh, and they’re beef ribs. The place is Siesel’s Meats in Bay Park, San Diego, CA. Thank them for the juicy beats. Siesel’s. You just can’t beat their meat.
