When I first heard scarecrow’s “ Mississippi Kite” I knew someday I’d work with that hook. As scarecrow said,
“Kristin’s vocals, they had so much character”
I never forgot it.

Now The Delta Kite Experiment — dirty grime glistening wide guitar, outrageous floating hippie bass, lo-fi smack you in the face drums, enough delay to turn time — and Kristin Hersh indescribable vocal performance. Can this all be put together? Now comes the experiment.
