ah, yes….worth the wait. You really pulled a lot of pieces together, and it turned out great. I like the bass & rhythms in various places, and I like how you used the vocal samples as instruments throughout…and the vocal phrase samples from the different songs are well-timed….thanks for listening and for working with my sounds…

question: since you’ve just listened to like most of my stuff from the beginning to now and I have a lot of respect for your ears…. are there one or two sounds/styles I’ve done that you think I should revisit & try to fine tune? I feel like I’m all over the place - a little unfocused (which I like - Random is the name I’ve taken for a reason)…it might not be bad to try to go deeper into some things rather than just broadly trying a little of everything….if you have no strong preferences, that’s cool - but I thought I’d take a chance and ask (thx)….. .. .

I seriously dig the vocal stylings, I don’t think I could narrow down one style though. I prefer branching out and trying new things…each vocal piece I listened too had some brilliant elements too it. Human Rhythms was wonderful!

COOL LIL REMIX. I LIKE THE FORM AND COLLAGE U CREATED. GOOD JOB. I CAN’T BELIEVE U USE POWERPOINT AS AN INSTRUMENT … THAT’S PRETTY COOL. U SHOULD USE MUSIC SOFTWARE WITH MORE TOOLS?

GOD BLESS

I don’t think I could imagine my remixes without flying swirly text on a slide…of course without tools we’re all just animals in pants ;)

dude, this is very cool!

actually, i have to mention this, i was listening to this on the player on the ccmixter blog and the transition into the anchor mejans mix was both seemless and amazing. i thought it was part of the same mix until i’d noticed it changed about 30 seconds in.

No apologies needed, this is top notch! I love the seamless use of so many vocal samples. You really show off some excellant production skills here. This would be a perfect cool-down track for late nights in the D&B club. I definately dig the jazzy vibe as well. Invokes a sad but happy/content kind of feel for me, soft yet firm. I almost wanted a “punch” to this track, but in restrospect that would have ruined the fine audio masterpiece you have created. Thanks for playing!!

had to listen twice because this is really the briefest moment.

nice beats, bassline, soundscape and transitions.

good use of the human beats (I used them once but they didn’t come out strongly in the mix)

look forward to the longer mix with the reprise of the dnb beats…hint hint…

it`s a nice remix, first of all I didn`t even notice you worked with beatboxsamples, but I think it could use a deeper bassdrum
