Wow, thanks- you’ve turned my “sow’s ear” into a silk purse for sure! Very Manzarek-like sound to the piano… love the rhythmic structure in this, hard not to start bopping along to it :-)

you’re too modest - I just wish there was more - let’s have the whole hog!
And thanks for the (very flattering) comparison.

a “now” channeling of Chet Baker via Mr. Duckett…the rest of the ensemble deftly put together by O.D. - that trombone…..excellent…..loved it.

That double bass is great! As is the trombone and the overall feel is very nice.

Not sure about it being a remix with that bit of Duckett topping and tailing it but who cares it was a joy to hear!!

As long as it gets past Victor I reckon it’s OK ;)

you could always make the instrumental sub-mix available separately, so other singers could have a shot at this, too! [/hint] :-)

You guys, I need a fan and a cold drink, and maybe a cigarette even though I don’t smoke!

mmm, the jazzy bass drew me right in. I love it. Smooth and flowin. It made me want to take out my d’angelo album.

that piano is really nice—bass and beat are cool as well-a great tune that had me toes tapping
