this chorus is really fresh. im moving my head. i spose the verses are a bit empty and a little awkward. if the sound fx were more sparse theyd be more effective in makin the verse dynamic, which is, i think, my main criticism, that the verses are a little repetitive. the first verse is a bit more dynamic than the others, the intro and chorus are sick, i just get disappointed once the second verse starts and its so similar to the first one. honestly, though, even tho im dishing criticisms, you should know that this the best remix i’ve heard. y’all oughtta be proud, i really hope you win.

well.. tat’s solely creative .. but i wonder how can this be the grand prize winner for a song remix competition … i haven’t listened to other entries .. so does this mean this clip is the best of all? well .. no offense. however i think this is a good clip but not good enough to win as a grand prize winner ..

The thing that I like about this mix is the *mouth beat* that shit is so fuc.ing tight,Im bust’n a smile on that! some gameing parts are tight like when it runs at 2:03. but the rest Im really not feeling it seems it missing something! but good job on a good remix!

Id like to comment on the ‘mouth bneats’, otherwise known as beatboxing. Im courious to know why that was used. I could think of quite allot of really good beats to use instead of that. Im really sorry, but I just dont like it. Perhaps the DJ could redo it with actual beats and put it up.

Of the few fort minor remixes that sound original this however is the most interesting. Maybe I’m just falling way too much for acoustic drums and nerd sounds but it makes the other remixes sound dull. But it could do with a little melody. The chorus is perfect though, a little Dustbrotheresque.

I wouldn’t go as far as saying it “sucks”, although I am rather confused as to how it won. It’s pretty darned basic, which I guess can almost be considered half-assed. I wouldn’t call it “bad” even. I just think it’s a LOT more basic and elementary than I would have wanted mine to sound. Either way, congrats on the win. ;-) |

Well, Ill give ya props for “trying”. For one, the lyrics are not that good to begin with and the instrumental actually over powers the lyrics, which can be good or bad depending. For web based music, it will do, for mainstream, it wouldnt.
