I like the melody. The beats are nice but not quite as smoothly integrated with the melody as what I think of as deep house. I love that bass line. The vocal doesn’t set “right” for me, although I can’t entirely tie it down. It’s not as much a timing thing as a mix and pitch/key thing, although I’m not quite certain. The melody might be a bit smoother in the mix, but it’s got a good sound about. This kind of deep house works best for me when it sounds so smooth as to be an enveloping hug, and this mix doesn’t quite do that for me. But I love the idea of this mix, and the melody, and the rhythm line. It’s not a problem of the “big picture”, but of the execution here. I love the little whooshes and the way you don’t crowd things.
My suggestions are:
make the clarity of the melody a bit “smoother”;
pull the vocals back into the mix
a bit and perhaps apply some fx to the vocals to make them more ethereal—something like a “telephone” fx on the vocal might be fun;
the extro needs a fade, perhaps with a fading repetition of one line of the vocals, followed by a simple reiteration of the melody, also faded.
A lot of very good things going on in this mix, particularly in the idea stage, but this one would benefit, I think, from revision.
I wonder if some slight matching/adjustment of pitch between vox and melody might help, though I’d not pulled out my software to see if what my feeble ears are telling me might be true.
I wish I could do deep house songs—they’re such a cool comfort.

I like the simplicity of this. However you are in the wrong key and while there are a couple of notes making it the rest are a bit painful.

If you mail me i can provide some real easy workarounds.

If this was in the right key this could be so nice. I hope you get a chance to fix this.

The instrumetal is really good. Well towards the vocals: It sounds a bit like CG is “tipsy”.
You can hear sometimes same tuning “issues” when a beginner is practising a viloin.

Overall a bit strange but at the same time enjoyable.
