I like the way you have mixed Baptism with Anchor’s Emergence Hymn - it’s lovely. What effect/delay did you use on my voice?

I put your voice into a Fender Twin Reverb amplifier, then put it through a compressor, a delay, and something called an Ozzifier (which I think is supposed to give the Ozzie type sound.)

LOL…that was a joke right? But I did find an Ozzifier vst and some other interesting effects. Thanks for the tip.

Is that something I can use in my FL?

I really like this. It’s unexpected, unpredictable and it’s got a lot of soul in it. Bravo!

I’m with paul it’s unexpected especially what I usually hear from you.
Just one thing your vocal sounds a bit out of tune at some points.

But still

That was definitely by design. I wanted to be as much hollering as singing. Sharp ear, though. :)

Cool used to do that a lot on my synths, for some reason I don’t do that anymore….

I agree, it’s way too short. I had to listen again and I still wasn’t satisfied. Very nice piece I must say. I love the taiko drum sample that everything was built around. There seems to be 2 vocal harmonies that are a bit out?

reminds me of a woman praying in an old cathedral- yet its also contemporary - I think those strange harmonies are pretty alluring personally………..

A really excellent, original, exciting mix. One listen isn’t nearly enough. xxxx

Feels like a dark march- I like. Plus, Deb and Anchor’s pellas are an inspired combo. I must agree with others- too short. But then, the play button doesn’t mind multiple pushes.

this is hopeful, beautiful. leaves me peaceful, yet wanting to listen again. love hearing those beautiful lyrics from Pie Jesu (one of the first songs i studied and performed with my wonderful friend Debbie Wesemann - she’s now a famous opera singer!)

great mix admiral. do you have a lossless version you could upload? i would love to ‘re-rub’ this - your vocals make me want to sing along!!!

Done, but I might have to do it again without any of the mastering done to it.

thoroughly enjoyed listening to this this morning. Lovely remix but I must agree with others as to it being too short. So I’ll listen again and again and again…

It’s great, it’s too short and it’s perfect!
