Cool setting for this frightening lyric that really made me think. On the technical side, I hear a few clippings, like vinyl scratches.

It’s a combo of a bad mic (random, uncontrollable pops) and a bad habit (clips)of making the vox hot so I can stand back and get the room ambiance… then I get into the song and sing too loudly while forgetting to adjust the levels. THEN I like the take and don’t redo it. Yeah, I’ll definitely have to be more conscience of this.

Wrt to the pops and clicks in the vocal track, been able to silence or cut many of them out using a wav editor or suppressing them with a high resolution volume envelope over the sample. Been able to get some of the them out when they are in the middle of words.
