Wait, I’m confused… is this a Carlos Santana sample? Is that you? What’s up?

Heh…You could call it “Inspired by Carlos year 69 Woodstock performance” or “garage punk latin pop” All but one rythm sample on background after easy spot in the middle are played by me. Well Bass is mouse-clicked, not played ;)
I will add “How i did it” later.

Thank You!
Reason, why i was bit afraid to publish this was, that i had an impression , that you have done this kind of things with real pro’s. Im just home musician from far north ;) .
I tried to make it sound like “Dance hall live band”. Does it make You wanna BAILA? ;)

Unexpexted? Hmmm…Another reason for my being sceptic with this was, that i saw this choice of style too obvious. I heard this arrangement before i did pick up any instruments, just listening to Silvia’s accapella.
All guitars, but solo came up really easy. First or second take. I had real trouble with solo. I tried all kinds of slick licks. Nothing seemed to work. Then i just decided to do it very simple and emotional. It has some brain dead moments and mistakes, but i decided to leave it uncorrected.

Sample pack coming up

this is badass, i wouldn’t change anything…

except maybe the keys are a bit hot and up front… they kind of overpower the vocals in spots… but that could be my messed up ears

awesome

O yeah! Great mix. I like this “old school guitar harmmonies”. Solo is nice too (I like use of bridge!!!). Open air fest mood;-) Ideal for summer;-)
