There’s a lot to love about this, the space given to the pella, the very tasteful use of percussion (bringing the bigger drums in later- great touch); but my favorite aspect would be the piano… way to shine once again LS

Curious. I’m listening to this lovely song & suddenly, I hear a particular couplet from an old Nirvana tune:

“Give me
a Leonard Cohen
afterworld
So I
can sigh
eternally…”

Congrats to the both of you!

Outstanding.

The fact you continue to raise the bar like this has me wanting to jump higher.

You’ve produced other pieces with lots of clever work in them and great production but this mix has magic all the way through.

The synth sounds are great and the use of the percussion to interpret the vocal whilst not unusual is really wonderful against the vox. The mood created is excellent.

Marvellous blend of the right EQ, compression, reverb etc that make this for me the best I have ever heard from you and with all due respect to all the other mixers here this is probably the best mix I have listened to here! (except mine of course!!!!-Ah only joking!!:O) )

Hey! after this review you’ll definitely have to invite me round for tea!!

I’m with RT on this. You know - I think Rebecca’s vocals work magic for you - as sweet as the voice is, it has an edge to it that is literally a perfect counter-balance to your music.

This is stellar. Thanks for sharing.

I heard this track already days ago and didn_t knew what to write.

If I didn_t knew that you are Loveshadow and the vocals from Rebecca Law, I would have thought it is one of the most beautiful ballads that have been produced in the 80/90s for Whitney Houston, etc.ยด, to start the list…

Absolutely high class and as RT already mentioned, everything sits there where it belongs to. This bass line and sound is extraordinary cool and a good choice for this kind of music.

You already got a lot of ed picks and this one is more than worth to give another one.

I recommended this some days ago and downloaded it. Now some time has passed and still it’s on top of my mp3 player playlist that I listen to everyday in the car while going to work. I sing loud along with Rebecca voice and the people in the traffic stare at me. What a joy! What a refrain! I understand, the ed picks go to originality sometimes, and to the remix itself, while this is pure classic pop ballad with simple bass line and computer drums. Yet, gosh, what a beautiful song!
