Unfortunately, I can relate to this; there’s no simple explanation better than “Sometimes grown-ups make mistakes, too”… and it does nothing to ease the heartbreak of knowing a young one’s world has become a little colder, and more confusing, no matter how you put it :-(

I dig the sad vibe brought with a real story (at the least it feels real from the pella). Thanks synthetic1 for reviewing this to bring it back up on the radar screen! Now I have to see about your version.
