Speck and Septahelix both had remixes fail-to-appear on account of an issue resolving version 4.0 licenses when remix sources included items with older licenses.

This should now be working correctly for all license combinations, but if you experience an issue where an upload fails to appear as published, reply here and we will dig back into it.
