I am not new to open source/content. I have been working on FOSS in healthcare since 1997. However, I need to supplement my consulting income right now by doing some voice over commercials, etc. I would love to support artists here that have these talents. However, the structure of the NC license is such that unless something is a completely original prevents me from striking a deal with an author, if they have used NC samples themselves. Correct? Well, I guess if everyone upstream got a piece. But lets face it, there isn’t enough profit in these to make up for the admin side of figuring that out. Anyone have a solution?
