Beautiful. Wonderful mix. I’m a big Z-ROK fan. (why does that sound like a radio promo?). ; )

I started this remix with a few things in mind

- I didn’t want Lisa’s great vocal to play second fiddle to the music , at least vox and music had to be of similar weight.

- I wanted the music and vox belonged, with the 2 fitting as a whole

- no drums


Other than the EXS string part which I played from Logic to bring up the pad, all audio on the track are from Magnatune, containing various parts which I cut out from ABA Structure and Claire Fitch, piano loops and sound from Jan Hanford.

It took more time than I expected in moulding and editing the different parts. And working with Claire’s Icefield was quite challenging, as her ( very beautiful and inspiring ) performance was highly dynamic, getting her cello sitting well along the vocal took some tweeking. With a bit of luck and happy mistakes, I finally managed to finish this in time.
