that melody right off the top is hypnotic! you build the mix with so much attention and intention, especially the choices, fills and placement of the drums and loops. that descending synth in the breakdown section is magic! masterful mix.

This has that perfect balance of moodiness and snappiness that made mid90s trip hop great — listenable as all hell and somehow uplifting as well as downlifting*
*Not sure downlifting is thing, but there you go… |
