I don’t know how I missed this, Emily. Your singing is nothing short of sublime. A beautiful song and a beautiful tribute to your sister. I am closer to my sister than to anyone and I can’t begin to imagine the pain felt by you and your family. I’m so very sorry.

Very nice song and vocals, sensitive and smooth. I don’t think you can overload the mic, most condenser-mic’s can take 130dBA. You should use a limiter when recording and always use 24 bit resolution. What mic did you use?

It’s really a heart touching song , ,even without the background story.
I would like to make a remix of this song ,but I’ ll keep it for later oportunities ,when my skills improve a little more . In this song I felt something similar to “Candle in the Wind ” by Elton John. This song deserves to be better known, and I’m not exaggerating. |
