The original author Makemi only made a statement that they release it to the public domain. You are just basically redistributing so you should have been using the same waiver/license.
Do you have a differing opinion on this? I think this is a copyright violation of Makemi’s work. Have you gotten permission from Makemi or do you believe that I, the copyright holder of this work, release this work into the public domain. This applies worldwide.
In some countries this may not be legally possible; if so:
