LOVE it. the high synth melody is catches the ear and lifts the spirit. very uplifting mix — great treatment, arrangement, production. and i don’t mind the auto-tune one bit :) thank you for remixing me!

Thank you for loving it :)
Do you mean the stuttering effect on the vocals by ‘auto-tune’? I somehow have a weakness for this gate effect and always end up with it. Glad that you like it, too.

yes! how do you do it (or is it rude to ask you to bare your secret sauce?)

You are welcome to ask anything you would like to know.

- In this case I cut the lower frequencies with an equalizer to make your vocals sound brighter.

- Then I added a huge reverb to add more richness. (Don’t fear to choose a really huge reverb that sounds way too much on its own. With the following gate effect it will sound nice.)

- The ‘stuttering effect’ is a gate effect. This automatically turns volume up and down each 1/16 note. You can also do this by automation.
If you want to try it out, there are several gate vst for free: http://www.vst4free.com/ind...

- Finally a little delay and that’s it.

Just feel free to skip the first ten seconds. I’m a little uncertain about my intro part, too. Hope this won’t cause too many listeners to click the stop button before the track really starts :)
