beautiful. A nice song that inspires and gives some good lessons. I love it, wonderful “simple” lirics and beautiful sunny melodies.
I do not know why, maybe because I’m European and do not interpret the word immediately, but I really like the sound of the word f**k. Emphasizes! |

This type of Language in a song is a fucking mistake! However its fucking great!!! Really dug the lyric and the melody! Kara..You are so creative and talented!5 more stars because I am still afraid from the Zombie tunes…lol

Well, thank you once again, Steve! I recently realized that I don’t want to have to put an ‘explicit’ label on the ukulele love song album, so I’ll eventually record a non-cursing version. Ahhh well!

I’m in LOVE with you!!! (and happily married to Cathy too, there’s some people such as my former/on-off lyricist Lesley Brown- collabs on boyzone etc who I feel the same connection with)
A lot of the best songwriting teams such as Goffin/King, Mann/Weil were married couples, and there’s other forms of “marriage” besides sexual ones. These days I tend to write with my cousin(or maybe closer, who knows…)/ex a lot, and it’s great to have a house where current and ex are like sisters. Anyway, hope that’s not creeped you out, really enjoy working with your music, found this tune on YouTube oddly enough! |
