I love the intro to this. I get an X-files feeling. In fact, I almost mistook it exactly for the theme song.

I wish you would post this track without the vocals.

this one doesn’t do anything for me until colin actually comes in, then — wow.

on the “personal choice” part of the review I’d say I’d drop the operatic clip, it’s just not needed and doesn’t fit in for me.

otherwise this track is great.

I definitely get what people were saying about the “X-files” thing… Good starkness to match the pella, the whomp of the kick was a bit much w/ no other sonic cushions around, and though you could keep the operatic sample, it could use some more wispy whirliness, to sound less human, rather than more (if that makes any sense). I might just have to go
a-remixin’ this yere remix…
