Thanks for the response. My intention was to make the vocals blend in with the guitars. But the relationship between the two might indeed be a bit out of balance now. By the way, I use TC Electronic Finalizer for mastering. I am not a mastering engineer but it works for me.

I have heard of TC but not too familiar with them. I use izotope ozone myself. For your mix, I really like it a lot and it may just be a bit of small eq tweaks to make those vocals stand out, but minor.

Thanks for the advice. I am going to try this. Ozone is also nice. I occasionally use the Ozone Exiter module.

Sounds better. The beginning vox are still hard to pick out a bit but this is such a great track for Kara’s vox that it doesn’t really bug me that much. Any chance you can upload the stems?

The vocals are less intelligible in the verses, especially in the first verse.
Does not really bother me. As a whole the volume seems fine, at least on my monitoring system.
