This track is smooth, well done, but I’m running across so much of the same kind of “sound” going on here with most all of these mixes. They seem to lack a certain spark or something. The beats are putting me to sleep.

i hate to say it but you are right, maybee listening to all of these remixes crams up your ideas, my new idea is to not listen to other contest entries untill after i have completed mine. |

Nice. You should probably stretch it out more with a few more samples thrown in for a shot at the title though. But you didn’t need me to tell you that. ; )

Ok, I have to say, for what it’s worth…I can absolutely see this being the back song to a scene from a movie about sampling and the mixing scene. It’s just perfect. I can see the music playing as shots of the city stream by in black and white with inserted clips of dj’s in hoodies scratchin it up on turntables…awesome.
