Nice offering. The flute does sound a little more like a calliope in spots (doesn’t bother me). Came here from Admiral Bob’s page and will probably not be able to resist a mix comprising both (and probably ending up sounding nothing like either). So thanks.

I really like this. The piano has a great stereo tremelo, the bass has a tone that’s a nice halfway tone between electric and upright, the drums have a great easy going kick and hihat thing happening, and the flute floats some improv around the melody. I can’t wait to hear what Speck does… I think he’s going to merge the three. That will get him another ed pick probably. :)
