The converter I use and like a lot is called Switch Sound Converter by NCH Software. By default it installs as demo-ware that expires after 30 days, but you can also install it in a free-to-use mode that supposedly has less features… but it still does everything I need to do. The free version converts to/from WAV, MP3, FLAC, OGG, WMA, AIFF, and several others.
