very nicely done. love J’s backing but you’ve done some nice work and additions as well Anchor. very chill vibe. i like how you sparingly used the tremelo on the vocals. in fact, you nicely use a number of vocal effects here.

thanks MCJ! Yeah that tremelo of mine can run away all by itself!

Anchor, have you been seeing a voice coach recently? Seriously. Your singing is better than ever on your recent work. J.Lang’s music is very contemporary and elegant. A 5:th avenue lounge theme song. The lyrics: Very good as usual.

Hey Anchor, This is in no way dissapointing. I think its a wonderful collaboration that works on many levels.

I actually followed through the lyrics whilst you sang this one, which I’ve not done for a good few years (well, it feel’s like I’ve not bought a CD for a long time now!)

You have one of those distinct voices that is able to blend into different musical styles with ease.

I really like the delayed (and filtered) effects JL has applied to your spoken word.

Cool indeed

Pure magic, as whenever you two put your considerable talents together. I adore JL’s b/t and, as Per says, your voice sounds amazing, Anchor. Of course I’d expect the lyrics to be exceptional - and they are!! A very special addition to the Jeeves&Wooster Lounge collection. xxxx

Wonderful. Yes. The music soothes and relaxes and makes space in the mind to absorb the words. Am I going to find more of this song cycle if I go to J. Langs page? I hope so.

thank you Speck….
I believe all the song titles in the Jeeves & Wooster cycle are designated as such.

This is an inspired collaboration. JL’s BT is just perfect for the warm summer days as they begin to wane, and of course, Anchor your lyrics and themes are expressed with your inimitable artfulness and committment. I love the repetitious echoing bits — very effective. Bravo! (And sorry for the late review — I thought I had left one already!)

Surprising but not unexpected remix as we all know that you are willingly crossing boundaries so many times and be able to be open for so many kinds of music.

I like the efx on the dark, day, night , light words. That sounds cool.

I don_t know any body who is able to put these kind of words into a rnb song.

Your experiments kitchen offers great stuff!

Thanks J! -
since you have been co-chef with me before in that experiments-kitchen you know how I love to be daring - even if a bit heavy handed with the Herbes de Provence!
