If you click on the “NonCommercial 3.0” at the right of the page it says what rights are attached :P I believe my song automatically went to nonCommercial because it was the rights of the vocal track I used. However you can “Transmit” the song again in any form as long as its not for commercial use :P and I doubt that’s what the song was used for :P unless you’re selling a Korean dancing team :D
