I love that these secret mixters shake us out of our default music making modes. I used to live in a jazz, classical, world music space and really couldn’t get into any kind of indie, emo, or alternative stuff like Death Cab for Cutie. I thought that’s when I must have started to get old..lol. But then it started to grow on me, like I got it. Boom just like that…young again : )

Haha, it was funny because I had no concept of time and thought it seemed like it had been too long and I never saw any notifications of my “victim”. I was about to send an email to see what was going on and then I found it in my spam folder. I only had a few days and so I panicked. But I ended up with two remixes and a few 1/2 done projects. Guess that’s what happens when there isn’t much of anything else goin on : )
