I’m the composer of this jingle.
No I didn’t use Magnatune Samples… But I needed to select one in order to upload my jingle :\

According to the licence agreement of the soundbanks I own, I have the right to share my creations the way I want as long as I don’t share the sound bank itself or the samples it contains. I mean, it’s forbidden to share, for exemple, every single recorded note of the soundbank’s piano or guitar or whatever… But as a whole creation, I can release my pieces the way I want.

My question is about the license. Amarok is a free software distributed in many Linux distributions, and since some are commercials, the piece’s license have to be a “CC-by-sa” license http://creativecommons.org/...

So, my question is very simple : Am I allowed to release my piece with a “CC-by-sa” license ? Because if I can not do so, I would have to cancel my entry.

So as it is written, as long as we can’t extract a particular unique sound and re-use it, it’s fine. Thus I think my entry is ok ^^
