This is a really awesome remix! Really beautiful. The only thing that stands in the way is that the mix is super muddy. I bet either you mixed it in a small, almost cubical room, or you are using regular stereo speakers to do your mixing on. If you could tone down the 60-100hz range, and around 250hz (just guessing tho), it would sound much better. Try listening to it in a car, or on a friend’s stereo and you’ll see what I mean. Like I said though, from a strictly song-writing/remix perspective, this kicks ass.
Also, the breakdown is awesome, as is the work you did with harmony using melodyne.

aaaaaaaggggg! amazing mix! i am getting a lot of dubstep feeling with this, what have you been listening to recently? the only thing i would say is that the mix isn’t 100% yet. i’ve listened to it on two different speakers and the mix isn’t doing justice to your incredible production.

I think the bass gets in the way a bit at times. It drowns out her vocals from time to time. That what i’m hearing. I’ll still give you a 5 cause i love your take on this song.

I have to say … it’s amazing.
I read the comments about the mix and the sound on different speakers. It sounded all right to me but I had my cheap speakers on while listening to it so I can’t actually be taken seriously here.
I think you can fix that by doing (or letting somebody else do) a serious mastering session.
