About Me
Multi-disciplinary creative artist and Cleveland native Davidione C. Pearl is an explorer.
Apart from traveling all fifty American states, his ventures have also taken him to Africa, Continental Europe, Iceland, Asia, the Caribbean and Middle East, and Central and South America over the years on his personal journey in journalism, music, the dramatic arts and “voluntourism.” In early 2020, he honored the memory of his late mother with a trip to Israel, planting an array of flower seeds along the shores of the Sea of Galilee.
From the age of four, Davidione has been immersed in the arts, from music, acting and writing, to photojournalism, painting and film. His love for the arts has continued as an adult, touring with bands across the United States and the globe, and work in production on commercial and film sets. Most recently, Davidione has completed his debut novel, Hamel: Ground Zero Earth, A Message to the Seeker - an epic story of a three-thousand year old North African immortal.
His life mantra is simple, as seen through his ongoing efforts in community development and engagement both locally and abroad: “I am a human without borders, and long ago adopted my truth, that I do not believe in strangers, only friends I have yet to meet. Let us build cultural bridges over our walls, that will be our most lasting legacy.”
