Tools I Used
I used my Roland JX-305 for all the beats, a Korg km2, an m-audio 24/96 pci card, Sonar 4 pro for multitrack arrangement, and several effects/mastering plugins.
Samples I Used
I used the strings, vocal, and explosion full length studio tracks for "remember the name"
Original Samples
I played some drumkits from my JX-305 during recording and used some patterns I had pre-programmed.
Process
I spent about four hours just experimenting and trying different sounds and arrangements.
Other Notes
I should have gone to sleep hours ago, but this is definately worth the lost sleep.
