Original Samples
Synth 1 (wav.) is a lead preset of the ROLAND Juno G called "In Canada". It is very good to manipulate with Cutoff and Resonance. The sucking noise as well as the distant AAhhh like are made with it.
Other Notes
I use Free Alpha and Triple Cheese quite often. It is brilliant Freeware and both are providing sounds that are very very good! They are not overfeatured and easy to handle!
