Tools I Used
This track was recorded in Pro Tools 9 with vocals and guitar done in separate takes with an Audio Technica AT2020, recorded through an ART Pro MPA II preamp. Electric guitar was recorded with a Shure Unidyne III and MXL R144 through the ART Pro MPA II.
Drums were recorded at a separate studio to my home studio, and were recorded with 70's drum sounds in mind. Bass was recorded direct in to my ART Pro MPA II.
Original Samples
These stems are the original tracks taken from the final mix. EQ and compression have been included as they were used in the song mix, but no auxiliary effects (eg reverb) are present. They are also unmastered.
Process
Each track was solo'ed and then bounced down in Pro Tools, then converted to .FLAC format in Audacity.
