How I Did It

Quantum Leaps Gypsy VST (has a wonderful flamenco virtual instrument, the violin is very realistic as well, but no match for the real violin used in the track)
Trillion VST for the acoustic bass

And of course the ciggiburns song "Queen of the crows"
Process
I played the guitar track to the vocals (on the keyboard that is,lol). Then I adjusted the time and pitch for the vocals. Oddly, some parts I decided not to try and correct so much, i wanted to keep it as natural as possible. Then I added the accordion track, the cimbalon track, and the bass. I added another bass track for harmonics. Then I recorded the piano track.
Other Notes
I heard this song by ciggiburns and immediately heard the whole arrangement I wanted to do. I was also really excited about finally using the violin sample from Dimitri Artemenko, which I thought was hauntingly beautiful.
