Renoise 2.5 as my main DAW, FXpansion's Strobe VSTi to create almost every sond except the drums, and a TR-909 Sample pack for the latter.

Process
I laid down a drumloop and started to mess with some scales on the keyboard, then I lay down the htore vocals along with some synth and vocoded'em to fit the electro-feel of the tune.
