Process
Started with SerenityFrost's beautiful "Piano 3" sample. Rearranged the chopped up pieces and it sounded like there was something. Added a layer of drums and synth and then worked on from there.
One thing led to another: searched and found pells from SackJo22, Cybarflint, MiElle and Suzi Q. Smith. It was the "After the war" and "Msg4bfCarl" pells that solidified the idea for the track, i.e. where there's finally time to remember those who were lost. And to be thankful for them too.
