How I Did It
Tools I Used
Sawcutter 2.0
magix audio studio 10
Original Samples
I created a vocal a capella.
I used a nose flute sample I created and posted on freesound.
I sequenced the melody for this song.
Process
The entire instrumental was composed on sawcutter 2.0 from cuttermusic.com, a 25 dollar stand-alone softsynth. 1 track is a sequenced nose flute which sounds, to my ears, like a Hammond organ.
The other 3 tracks are percussions, one of Marco Raaphorst, and 2 of the other percussion samples.
Other Notes
I love to sing, but rarely do.
Yet as I drove to work today, I thought it was worth a try to sing about a theme that matters to me, animal adoption. I dislike posting on mixter so soon after 2 other posts, but I hit a stride and wanted to see this one through.
