In the Moog with you

In the early 60’s when Robert Moog started to develop his synths no one could have predicted what they would do to the development of music. By the late 70’s and early 80’s they were becoming a “must have” in most studios. The Prophet synth started to be heard everywhere and bass players trembled at the thought. Soon the horn sections were under pressure as even the most basic keyboard player could create some great sounding stabs.
So here’s a little homage to Bob and a hats off to Steve for a great vocal which I have played around with and given him a touch of Curtis Stigers. For the purists I’ve added some real sax, bass and guitar.
