One of the basic premises of improvisation is “Yes, and” — to not only accept the ideas of your partners in play (i.e., “yes”), but to take it to the next place (i.e., “and”). I thought this was a fitting model for ccM. Besides, hearing “yes” can make almost anybody’s day.
