Hello Wonderful ccMixter Music Makers and Content Creators!
ccMixter’s volunteer admin team is currently in the process of orchestrating our first ever fundraising campaign. Right now, we are making a fundraiser video for IndieGoGo. Help us make the video have a HUGE impact by recording the script below and submitting your promo to be included in the video. Together we can help ccMixter grow! For the video, as each person says their name and country a pin will show up on a map of the world. At the end, everyone will say “Music Connects Us at ccmixter.org” together. The idea is to visually show how music connects us. We’re trying to get as many people to record the promo as possible to make the biggest impact. DEADLINE EXTENDED - Please upload by Wednesday, September 10, 2014 to be included in the video. Here’s a dynamic playlist with everyone’s promo’s so far- http://ccmixter.org/playlis... Hmmm… I usually render to flac after recording in Reaper. I know you can do a 60 day trial of Reaper for free. But honestly, the mp3 should be totally fine for this. Thank you!

We’re figuring out the perks for the IndieGoGo fundraiser right now. One of our ideas is to offer our music skills as a perk.
We’re looking for 5 remixers and 5 songwriters (pells/spoken words) who would be into making a remix or pell that would be dedicated to the donor. These would be for high dollar donations.
