Sometimes you just gotta do, what you gotta do. I don’t know what “desaprendere” translates to, but I imagine it might sound just like this.

It’s kind of a word play. Wellman explained it below, but again:
- “aprender” = “to learn”
- “des-aprender” = “to un-learn”
- “desaprenderé” = “I will unlearn”

Silvia posted lyrics in spanish and english in her page. She translated it as “I will learn to forget”.

Thanks for commenting!

Oh man - this is right up my alley. Love the grumbling bassline and the harmonies you picked for this are great.

I think the second half gets a bit too loud for the vocals to keep up with - particularly the synth “string” pad.

Nice work though.

Glad you like! Thanks for reviewing.

Yes you are right, I should have brought the vox forward to keep pace with the increasing level in the backing track :S

“desaprender” you would like to try to translate its meaning to something like “to unlearn”, that would be to forget..but..who cares! hehehe

Sc Mixter I like what u did here… Sounds like if u were actually unlearning (desaprendiendo) something..

Haha, “unlearning” the hard way.
Glad you like!

PD: it’s s.c. *mixer* (no T) — not that important though :)

The fragile vocals of Silvia O. against your industrial soundscape sounds really good. Adds a subconscious dramatic mood to it.
Like the “Depeche Mode” explosion percussion on it!

Thanks for your nice comments!

You certainly made the point, because:
- I like to mix Silvia’s “sweet” vocals against dark/melancholic/dramatic tracks
- This one has heavy DM influences on it (probably from the last LP)
